Warranties & Adjustments on New RVs

• Jayco offers a 2-year manufacturer and a 3- year structural warranty with a 90-day "adjustment" period.
  • "Adjustment* refers to any cabinet doors, man doors, slides and drawers that need adjustment.
  • After 90 days it will be customer pay for adjustment and touch ups.
• Tightening of screws, lugnuts, lubrication, rust fading, condensation and normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty.
• The only exception of coverage would be because of a component failure.

• Check all of your seals every three months - this is considered customer maintenance.
  • This includes all the seals around your windows, running lights and all components on the roof.
  • If there is a gap in the silicone or Dicor it is the customer's responsibility to make sure the gaps are filled with appropriate products (which we carry in our retail department) to prevent water leaks.

What is the process?

Subject to availability, our towable RV rentals cost $100-$125/day (depending on specific rental model) with a minimum 3 day rental. A security deposit of $500 is required at the time of booking. Two week notice is required for cancellation. Failure to do so will result in your deposit being forfeited.

• Rental payments are due prior to departure
• The security deposit will be refunded upon return provided the unit is:
  • Returned on time
  • Clean
  • Sewer, grey, and freshwater tanks are empty - If tanks are not emptied, a $25 disposal fee will be added to the final bill.
• Class 3 hitch and brake controller are required for travel trailer rentals
• All rentals include weight distribution hitches
• No smoking in rental units
• Pick up times are between 1pm - 4pm. We will work to accommodate what time works best for you
• Returns must be made by 11am on the last day of your rental
